I tried using cmd prompt WMIC to force the uninstall but it is not listed there when using the command “product get name”. I contacted Iolo support but they wanted me to allow a remote connection and leave the remote connection active for hours so a tech could “take care of it when they were free.

I tried using a couple of 3rd party uninstaller programs that I saw suggested in a couple of other posts where people were having the same issue I am with System Mechanic not showing up in Control Panel but those programs did not list System Mechanic as an installed program either. It is as if it is hiding from the OS so it can’t be uninstalled.
