Ask you school’s ID department to look into it for you. If the message you receive after a failed attempt is one of the first two — keep checking every week. If you have additional questions you can post them in the Office Applications forum.

The software giant on Tuesday announced a new program called Student Advantage, whereby students worldwide can sign up for subscriptions to Office ProPlus through their institutions at no cost to themselves. The only stipulation is that the schools must have already licensed either Office ProPlus or Office Professional Plus for their entire workforces, including faculty and staff. The ISC membership card that Palcouk is suggesting you get will allow you to get a discounted copy of Office.
